Composition, production and a shared public outcome
This in-person course treats Ableton Live as a compositional environment rather than only a sequencer. Demonstrations, critical listening and production workshops support each participant from the first materials to a finished track, while traditional and AI-assisted techniques, distribution, copyright and stage preparation remain part of one coherent creative process.
From musical language to multimedia performance
The recommended format leaves time for personal production, listening sessions and revision between meetings. It can be adapted to institutional schedules.
Language, materials and form
Rhythm, melody, harmony, timbre, development, contrast, repetition and formal planning across different musical genres.
Ableton Live as an environment
Audio and MIDI, Session and Arrangement Views, instruments, effects, automation, recording, editing and project organisation.
Production workshops
Comparative listening, arrangement, revision, sound choices and finalisation of personal tracks through guided work and peer exchange.
AI and the creative process
Tools for analysis, generation, transformation and production support, with attention to traceability, limitations and ethical use.
